Wonder Dog Training has been amazing in helping me train 2 puppies and 1 rescue. The first puppy was over 10 years ago and they were so wonderful in teaching him how to do simple things such as walk properly, not jump on people and other behaviors puppies enjoy. He turned out to be such an amazing dog because of their training, so when we rescued a dog from the streets of Mexico, we knew Wonder Dog would be able to also train her, which they did! They also cared for our dogs during trips and there's no one I trust more with my dogs than them.
Most recently, I got an aussiedoodle puppy who is very smart which also can make him hard to train, but after a few days with Wonder Dog and he's doing great with his basic commands such as sit, stay and come.

Katherine did a great job training me on how to train my dog. In a few short weeks he went from not knowing commands to being on his way to being a pro at Sit, Stay, Leave it, Drop it, Watch and Come. His leash skills also improved. I can't say enough good things about Wonder Dog Training and Melissa. She is fantastic and truly cares about our dogs and us. She's always available via text or a phone call, which I greatly appreciate. One of our three Australian Shepherds has some challenges out on walks whether it is with people or other dogs. We've used other dog trainers in the past and they haven't been as successful. Melissa took the time to evaluate him and come up with a plan not only for him but also for us. She worked with him several times on her own and then with us in our neighborhood and even at a local park. This training was as much for me as it was for my dog, Peanut. Melissa from Wonder Dog Training was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so calm, patient and very understanding. Our dog is about 10 years old and at first I questioned if training would help or not because of his age. It was completely worth it and wish we had found Melissa years ago! Our dog is reactive to everything- people, other dogs, bicycles and skateboards so walking him like most regular or normal dog owners do was such a challenge and such a stressful event for him that at some point we stopped. Melissa gave us the tools we needed and confidence on how to navigate situations and work with Auggie with treat based/ reward training. So now we are able to walk him in the neighborhood and park.
