As a first time home buyer Phil made the inspection process a breeze. He is professional and pays very close attention to detail. He answered all my questions and even taught me along the way as I didn’t know much about handy work. He takes the time to go over each individual item at the end. We even received the very detailed report that night via email. He was incredible and I would recommend him to anyone!
