Wise Home Inspections did a very good job, as they were minimally intrusive to the tenant that was in the dwelling, but they still inspected every nook and cranny of the house (on the roof, inside the attic to see the integrity of the roof inside, throughout the house and backyard). I would highly recommend them and use them again, if the need arises.

Michael was personable, friendly, and went the extra mile. He even gave me tips on maintenance for some of the utilities as well as walking me through ways to prevent potential issues with my home specifically. I would highly recommend Home Wise Inspections.

This home inspection was done by Phil and he did a great job. This was my 1st home inspection and he was very thorough and explained everything he was looking for. He answered all of my questions and taught me a lot of things that I didn't know.
