Phil Wise did an excellent job with our home inspection! We were one of the lucky ones as Phil didn't find any major problems with the house but did provide insightful information on how to repair the minor issues he did find. What I really like is the inspection report he provides which details everything he inspected with the house, with pictures, and even each individual appliance! I highly recommend Wise Inspections!
