I was recommended to Wise Home Inspections by a friend. My first conversation was with Teresa, who went through the thorough process of a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation. She is very knowledgeable on the process.

My inspector Michelle went above and beyond explaining in detail about the inspections that had to be done on our property. She is very reliable and prompt on responding to emails with questions that I needed clarified.

I recently used Wise Home Inspections for a Buyer home inspection, WDO inspection, 4 Point and Wind Mitigation Inspection in Coral Springs. I called a few other companies, but Wise Home Inspections had the best pricing, and great reviews.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Teresa setup the inspections for Monday morning with the WDO on Tuesday. Phil answered all of our questions after the inspections and made sure the information in the reports were accurately and skillfully noted with the end goal in mind.

We received same day reports for all inspections, and I noted that the inspections all came with their own warranties as well.

As a Realtor, it was definitely a pleasure working with a company who I didn't need to manage - we received great service, they were on-time, they kept in communication with us, and their pricing was the best I could...

We are extremely satisfied with Wise Home Inspections. Phil Wise the proprietor conducted the inspection of the house we are going to purchase. He thoroughly inspected tested and evaluated every visible component of the structure as well as the property. This inspection took well over 3 hours Phil kept us informed as he progressed. The results were sent by email and arrived in less than 10 hours after the inspection. Included were 3 very detailed reports and recommendations in an easy to read / understand format. I highly recommend this firm and would not hesitate to hire them again..

Michelle performed an inspection on a home I was buying. She was on-time, thorough, knowledgeable and very informative. She checked everything on the list honestly and earnestly. She took pictures and did not miss a crack in the roof or a damaged door. She checked every little detail of things I never even knew existed. She provided information that I as a future home owner would not think to ask for. By her giving the information about what the potential issues are, I can further negotiate with the seller or seek professional assistance to resolve these issues. The owners were also kind and patient. All my questions were answered, I never felt ignored or undervalued as a customer.
