I was shocked on the next day turnaround for my 4 pt. inspection report. Very happy.
I was a bit disappointed with the 2 hour early arrival and no notice to me, the buyer or my realtor agent. He did got permission from the Seller but as I'm the client I would have liked my representative to be there. We had no opportunity for any questions we might have had on scene.

On time, honest and sent my report the same day. Would definitely recommend them.

Her inspection was thorough, I could tell she knew what she was doing and after she was done she gave a whole run down of everything she found. I also got the report emailed to me later that night.

The inspector was there on time; detail oriented; took the time to truly inspect every window, door, appliance, outlet, attic, foundation, roof, sidings, ....Their report helps us make the right financial decision and gives us the tools to renegotiate.
