He took his time and check every single item and also explained me what was he doing. He did a great job, very professional.
The price was affordable and the report was delivered on time.

I was very thankful. Mike was prompt (early), took care of the roof prior to our arrival and explained what he saw. He took a good time examining everything and we pointed out some issues and he examined them and counseled us on the processes. He was very helpful. Wise home inspections not only provided us the inspection but is working on add ons that are no additional cost and very helpful. Thankful for the roof warranty based on their inspection. He also gave me tips on how to make sure the flat roof can have an extended life!
