This was my first experience with Wise. Felipe was great. He was early and had started preparing for the inspection. He was courteous and extremely communicative during the process. He explained some of his finding as he went along. Also very important that the recognized Veterans and gave a discount, I will definitely recommend.

The inspector(Micheal) arrived early and was professional through out the inspection. He answered my questions and the final report was emailed to me with in an hour. Will call them again for sure.

Inspector was on time, knowledgeable, diligent and had the inspection report emailed to me within 12 hours of completing the inspection. The customer service staff were excellent and I believe the pricing to be more than competitive to the market. I would recommend this company to any person(s) looking for a home inspection, and will most likely use them again myself when the need arises.

The inspector arrived right on time for wind mitigation and 4 point. She did her job so efficiently that the whole thing was done in 1/2 hour instead of an hour. She was friendly, engaging and obviously in a good mood! I received her report the next day. I highly recommend Wise and Michelle!

Paul worked diligently to cover all the necessary issues for safety, code requirements for electric, safety, water, construction etc. He was overly thorough and easy to talk to in explaining repairs and any future concerns. He and his company did supreme work in investigatindg and reporting . He is highly recommended.
