The installation team was courteous, attentive to detail, and completely professional. The windows themselves are of excellent quality and easy to clean and maintain. A much better overall experience than we had with Pella!

We have used WOW for some previous work and when it came time to finish replacing the rest of the windows in the house we new who to call. From Marshall our salesmen to the installers and even the office staff keeping us informed we have been very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

What a great experience for a major home purchase! From the first meeting with the sales person Tom through the installation and inspection the WoW team made sure we were happy with the product and installation. We were perhaps the first customer to ask for black sills and there were some issues matching the touch up paint sheen. They went back to the shop to work on a solution to the problem and then sent their top notch installers to work through the problem at our house and gave us options to ensure we were happy with the results. Corey and Sean did a great job as well as the rest of the team! It's difficult to find a company out there that works tirelessly to make sure the customer experience is second to none, but Windows of Wisconsin definitely falls into this category!

We are replacing the cheap windows that were installed in our house when it was built 11 years ago. We met with Thom Kohlbeck last fall to discuss our window project. Thom was very informative and answered all of our questions and got us pricing on replacement windows for the whole house. Absolutely NO high pressure!! Which was very refreshing after the experience we had two other window suppliers. We decided to split the project in 2 phases. So we had the sliding patio door and the 5 windows on the front of the house done on 4/10, and we will do the rest of the 12 windows in 2024. The crew at WOW followed the exact process that Thom said they would. We supplied them with a piece of window mounding and they supplied us a sample to show the color match. We had all of the windows and 2 sliding doors replaced in our built-in-1986 home with Infinity by Marvin products. The windows/doors are beautiful and so much easier to use than our old ones.

Alex H’s crew was extremely professional and hard working: they were short-handed for a couple of days (who isn’t short-handed these days?) and still managed to get through everything during the original estimated timeframe. Alex made sure I was informed and brought decisions to me in a clear and concise manner. Everything looks great, thank you Alex and team!

Very professional, the arrived when they said they would and cleaned up any mess they made. They did a great job!

Had 7 windows replaced. 6 double hung and one awning window that was suggested by Thom to replace an existing double hung in my kitchen. From the beginning, I was not pressured in anyway and everything was done in a timely manner and all questions were answered. Love the new look of the awning window. Matt was very straightforward and helpful with suggesting how to replace older windows with pocket style installation saving lots of $.No pressure on sale. Jamie Fisher - one of the sales reps was very professional and informative. He took the time to sit down with us and explain the entire process and each part of the window. Most window companies will come in and leave and give a price. That is a transaction, Jamie treated us like a true service professional. These are the highest quality window you can get, so be aware they are a higher price. If you are looking for long term windows in your home that will last, this is the company to choose.

We had a bow window installed of our picture window. The window is beautiful and matches all our woodwork in the house. The installers Mike, Adam and Jordan did an amazing job installing the window and answered any question. They even answered questions about other windows and doors that were not purchased from WOW. The service is fantastic from the salesman to the installation team! We had 23 windows replaced - color match was perfect! Upon inspection, the team noticed a couple of things that we probably never would have seen. Replacement parts were ordered and taken care of promptly. We would definitely use Windows of Wisconsin again if we need any windows in the future!

Very satisfied with our new replacement windows. The stain on the replacement windows matched perfectly with our existing trim. The whole process from sales to installation went smoothly.
