The sales rep, thom Kohlbeck, was very good at explaining the workmanship of the windows and the installation process. We wanted some tinted windows and he was able to get us some samples the next day after our appointment. The installation crew, Dustin, Leonard and Jonah were very good also. They were very respectful of our personal space throughout the installation and cleaned up at the end of the work day. They were very quiet and worked well together. We were very impressed at the detail in taking out the old and putting in the new windows. I would refer Windows of Wisconsin to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Salesman was easy to talk to. Office staff was great with communication throughout the project. Installer did their job perfectly and left almost no trace they were there.

Extra credit for the final walk through with the saleman again, who spotted a few very minor issues that I likely never would have noticed. All of which were resolved quickly and easily.

I don't expect to need windows again in this house in the near future, but if the need arises, I'll start with Windows of Wisconsin.

We had Infinity windows installed by Windows of Wisconsin and we are extremely happy with the results. The sales rep was great to work with along with the installation crew. Great windows, great service, and look for our home. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of window product we received. We would recommend Windows of Wisconsin to anyone wanting great windows for your home.

If you're looking for windows, call Windows Of Wisconsin! WOW, WOW, WOW... they are amazing. They replaced five of our upstairs windows on the hottest, muggiest day of the year. Our home is over 100 years old and very hard to cool the upper floor. They powered through the heat and did an outstanding job working with nothing that is square. Big THANK YOU to Tyler (the Sales Manager), Leonard, Glen, and Sean (the crew), and Casey (the production manager) for a job well done. Everything was positive from start to finish and we are beyond happy!

I like their windows and how the wood was stained to match the other wood in the room. The workers did a great professional job installing the windows and put back the house’s sidings very well. I had a very slight concern about the way a few screens didn’t seem to be attached very securely. I called Windows of Wisconsin, and they came back and made the screens very secure - at no cost to me. Just the way it should be! They also offered us a way to pay for the windows and installation with payments with no interest.

The windows are perfect and the stain on the trim match perfect with the other stain in the room. The cleanup after the windows were installed was very good. I would recommend a friend in purchasing theses windows.

From sales to installation to final inspection the experience with Windows of Wisconsin was superb. We did color match and it’s perfect. Sales was informative and not pushy. Installers were efficient, conscious of our home/belongings. They listened to my questions and spotted issues before I did.
Final walk through was a snap since all the staff before that point did their jobs effectively. Highly recommend!
Bonus is the window efficiency and ease of cleaning. I love them.

It has been a year now since I ordered windows from Windows of Wisconsin and I am as happy as I was when I got them. I checked out many companies and I definitely chose the best.
They have the best customer service ever. My windows are perfect and I can't believe how well they match my woodwork. I had friends that got new windows around the same time I did but they went with a different company and they were not happy and I am sure they wish they would have gone with Windows of Wis.. I am older and somewhat handicapped so I can't thank them enough for being so great. They are so easy to work and I can now wash my windows myself.

In Aug 2024 my 55-year old windows were replaced with Marvin Infinity. They look and work great. It used to take a weekend to wash windows and now I do them all in few hours. Thanks Matt and the crew!
