Windows of Wisconsin installed Marvin Infinity replacement windows in our home about 10 months ago, and they have been a significant improvement over the inexpensive windows previously installed. Choosing Windows of Wisconsin was an easy decision. Marshall and the sales process were fantastic. He was honest with his assessment of the current condition of our windows and did not take part in high pressure sales tactics like other big-name organizations we quoted. They worked with us on style and design. Additionally, we had to replace all interior jams/trim around the windows, which they color-matched perfectly, and made the new windows look great. The team demonstrated great integrity throughout the final inspection process, calling out a couple of items they needed to come back and fix. Recently we had new windows installed along with the wrapping of some existing windows. After a lot of research and comparing other products, we made the right decision by choosing Windows of Wisconsin. With the helpful assistance from Thom Kohlbeck, the sales representative, we selected the Infinity Line by Marvin Windows. The installers; Leonard, Alex, Jonah and their supervisor Ryan were very professional, prompt and respectful. They answered our questions, paid attention to details, and cleaned up the work site upon completion. We highly recommend Marvin Windows and the Windows of Wisconsin Company.

The sales rep, thom Kohlbeck, was very good at explaining the workmanship of the windows and the installation process. We wanted some tinted windows and he was able to get us some samples the next day after our appointment. The installation crew, Dustin, Leonard and Jonah were very good also. They were very respectful of our personal space throughout the installation and cleaned up at the end of the work day. They were very quiet and worked well together. We were very impressed at the detail in taking out the old and putting in the new windows. I would refer Windows of Wisconsin to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Salesman was easy to talk to. Office staff was great with communication throughout the project. Installer did their job perfectly and left almost no trace they were there.

Extra credit for the final walk through with the saleman again, who spotted a few very minor issues that I likely never would have noticed. All of which were resolved quickly and easily.

I don't expect to need windows again in this house in the near future, but if the need arises, I'll start with Windows of Wisconsin.

WOW did a great job for us. From start to finish. We did complete house and the new windows look great. All the details were professionally handled. Completed the project on time. Love the windows, look great and friendly people.

The work they did was excellent but the communication lacked, but they made it good! Might call them for a couple more!

If you're looking for windows, call Windows Of Wisconsin! WOW, WOW, WOW... they are amazing. They replaced five of our upstairs windows on the hottest, muggiest day of the year. Our home is over 100 years old and very hard to cool the upper floor. They powered through the heat and did an outstanding job working with nothing that is square. Big THANK YOU to Tyler (the Sales Manager), Leonard, Glen, and Sean (the crew), and Casey (the production manager) for a job well done. Everything was positive from start to finish and we are beyond happy!
