Everything from start to finish was perfect. The salesman the installers the final inspection all went perfect. They explained everything that was happening throughout the process and we absolutely love our windows. We were able to get what we wanted in the color we wanted exactly how we wanted. Highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin.

Thom, the sales guy, was super knowledgeable as was the install team of Tino, Jeremy, and Alex. Those guys worked together like a well oiled machine and had the old door out, sub floor under it replaced and the new door installed in just over half a day. Very impressed with their clean up after too.

Great product and great installation team. Had a new patio sliding door installed and the crew had the old one out, sub floor replaced under it, and the new one installed in just over half a day.

Matt Gonwa helped us pick a sliding patio door that exactly matched our maple accent wall. He was super helpful and informative about all things windows and doors and didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision. He even took the time to help me find a resource to get a window fixed that had a broken component ever since we purchased the home.

Overall I had a good experience with Windows of Wisconsin. They made sure that the job was done correctly and were more than happy to fix a problem, no matter how small. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the time that it took from start to completion of the project. That was due primary to a correcting a few defects in the Marvin windows. However I am confident that Windows of Wisconsin will be around to make sure my windows an patio door continue function well and look fantastic for years to come.

Thank you salesman Patrick as he did a wonderful job explaining the process of windows replacement, showing the many options, and helping me make choices that complemented my home. Thank you to the installation crew who were timely, courteous, and worked quickly and neatly to install the windows. The windows were put in in early February, so their quick work kept the furnace from running overtime and me from freezing. When I called a few months after, because of an issue with one of the window a tech came out the next day. He made a simple adjustment and the issue was quickly fixed.
Thank again WOW for the great service! I am very happy with the new look.

We had 10 original windows replaced in our 58 yo home. We chose Windows of
Wisconsin not solely on price but for the excellent reviews for the product
and the people. We chose the Marvin Infinity windows for this project and so
happy that we did, they look amazing!

From the first contact to the final walk through, everything and everyone
was FABULOUS. Definitely worth every penny to never have to mess with the
old windows in the future.

We had a great overall experience with Windows of Wisconsin. We were looking to replace the existing windows in our home with higher quality and more energy efficient ones. We met with four or five different window companies to evaluate everything from quality to price to features to energy efficiency and ended up selecting Marvin windows from Windows of Wisconsin. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. The sales process wasn’t overly pushy or high pressure, which we appreciated.

We’re very happy with our choice. The windows look and perform great and are so much easier to clean. We would definitely recommend them if you’re considering new windows.
