Patrick is the best salesman ever. Install crew was awesome. Scheduler not so much. I called. I left messages. Caught him lying saying he called me. Please cell phones keep track..... (almost canceled whole thing, because if your going to lie about that what else ..crap happens just admit it, say sorry.) but new windows & patio door are great.

Had a sliding glass fiberglass door installed. They were backed up but I got it on schedule and I love it.

Work was completed quickly once they were here, loved the Costco incentive, windows look great. It did take almost 2 months for a follow-up appointment to fix 2 things from initial installation. Sales reps patient and willing to adjust.

Replaced 7 original double hung windows throughout the house. Was extremely pleased with the sales associate being thorough but not wasting time. The installers were very professional and got the job done promptly and of the utmost quality. Would highly recommend!
