Paul was great and very informative. He was actually there before we even showed up and already completed the roof and exterior. When we got there, he explained to me what he did and made some suggestions of what we may need to do to better secure the home. Once inside, he showed me where everything was and how I can maintain it to secure a longer life span of the furnace. Very great experience and a great way to learn where all the important stuff is at, given that I am a first time buyer!

I completed training as a building inspector a few years ago (long story, I ended up choosing a different career path) so I can really appreciate what these folks do. Professional, responsive, friendly, everything that you'd want. I won't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

We had our home inspection with Paul and it was an excellent experience! As first time home buyers, Paul was extremely patient with us and also took the time to walk us through everything with the house and what he was seeing. He was there to inspect before we got to the home and he was consistently mindful of his time, but never made us feel rushed or that we had too many questions. Excellent experience! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Bruce is very professional, even checked to make sure that the radon system I had purchased had been installed properly before doing the re-test. I would highly recommend.
