Paul was wonderful! He was very precise and efficient. He did a great job working with my clients who are first-time home buyers. He spoke to the buyer in a way that was understandable and helped to decipher what was normal wear and tear vs health and safety issues. Bruce, the president of the company, came out to do the inspection himself. Very nice guy, very professional. He was very thorough and checked everything as if he was looking for himself. He was very specific on the problems he found and even gave me his personal advice on how to go about fixing the problems.
