This was our first homebuying experience, and Evan and Halle made the entire process so easy. For the home search, they set up a recommendation system that provided us with a ton of great options. They were available on short notice for every home we wanted to view. When we found one we liked, they put together the offer for us within a day of its posting, which was a huge advantage for us. They handled all negotiations expertly: we stuck to our initial fair offer, and the seller agreed to all of our objections. Seriously, the only thing we actually had to do ourselves was to apply for a loan, and they had great recommendations for lenders as well.
