I noticed a 1 Star Review from a person who made an offer on my house. The offer was extremely low and insulting. Theresa Benson told the Buyer’s Agent that there would either be a counteroffer or I would just simply reject it. I decided to provide a counter offer which Theresa completed and sent to me by email. I was very sick at the time with Covid and when I woke up, I checked my email and accidentally signed the offer instead of Counteroffer. Theresa went right to work to get the matter straightened out and she was successful.
