They used FaceTime to do several walkthroughs when I couldn’t be there and helped me pick the perfect home. They used their local knowledge to steer me away from homes where there were issues such as baseboard heating that would have high energy bills or an HOA that wasn’t responsive. They also set me up with a great inspector and walked me through the offers, counter offers, and the inspection and even did the final walkthrough for me over FaceTime.
