We had such an amazing experience with Viking capital! Ryan was extremely communicative and informative about all of our options. We considered HFS but the representative we had was so cut and dry and did not seem happy at all to give us information. It was more like are you going to sign the contract or not. Plus their rates were super high and stayed the same even for a lower term length. Our process with Viking was super easy and within a week our loan had been funded. 10/10 recommend!
