One of my good clients hired me to build a pool for him at his home and told me that he had found Viking and already secured funding. He had already been approved so we started work with the understanding that we could reach our first milestone to take a draw about the time they said it would take for all of the paperwork to finalize. By the time we had gunite done for the first (70%) draw the lender they were using started requiring extra documentation such as forcing me to open a new LLC, register with the state as a creditor, and some items that aren’t required when building a pool in this location like bonding and a county construction permit.
