I am beginning the process of building a pool. As interest rates are going up, I decided to get the money as early as possible. I went with another company to begin with. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for the loan to be funded and then finding out the terms were not what I had been quoted. Almost 3 points higher. I contacted Ed at Viking.
