Vector choice is hands down amazing! THE BEST! I had some serious tablet issues, completely unable to use it for my work. I spent the majority of my time working with Tony and some with Jason as well. These guys were so patient with me, did what they said they would do, and worked WITH me to get this tablet fixed. They hung in there to the end and prevented me from having to drive an hour 1 way to get a different tablet to work with. I am now up and functional. Besides being good at their job, these folks are respectful and patient, didn't make me feel dumb or like it was my fault it wasn't working. Absolutely the best customer service team I could ask for. There is nobody else to call. Just Vector Choice. They've got you.
