Trevor York was AMAZING! Trevor assisted me with a ticket he was assigned to but went above and beyond in helping me with other things that I needed resolved right away. We had been struggling with a project and he came up with a great idea that resolve it for me and 2 other of my colleagues. Amazing job and very professional while doing it.

Today, Tony and Ross were exceptional in assisting me with a Photoshop issue I've had intermittently for three months. Prior techs did not take me seriously before this pair, including last Friday. Not only did Tony take his time with me, but he was also entertaining and witty, so the phone call was neither dull nor awkward. He and Ross love what they do, as he has a very servant-like attitude.

I received incredible customer service and care by David at Wellcare, in Advance NC when my tablet roke at the end of the business day. David stayed additional time to ensure my new tablet was working and that I would be able to complete my paperwork that same evening. Thanks so much!
