Damon responded to my email support ticket in less than an hour. He emailed me right away to let me know he would be calling. He called me on time, was able to log in to my computer, find the VPN/Internet connection issue, explained why it happened, and then fixed the problem. We are all set and safe once again! Thank you, Damon for doing such a great job for us!
