Jeremy and Donovan are super great and helpful. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The gym is super clean and all the equipment is brand new parking is also very convenient. 10/10 staff and gym!

Reilyn Always helps with me questions over any gym routines and machines I have! Shes quick to recommend new things for me to try as well, and checks in on me whenever I go to the counter. Such an amazing and considerate employee!!

Shaneen Harvey has been my trainer for a little over a year!! She's found ways to keep me from quitting. She keeps me motivated even when I'm not feeling it! She changes things up as she sees things getting "too easy for me" (her words). Mostly, she listens to me when I say something isn't working for me! I really love that about her!! Thank you for the push and encouraging words!!
