Very casual, low-pressure, and inviting environment! A smaller location that makes up for it by having a very friendly, outgoing staff, a great management that goes above and beyond to make it the best workout experience possible for you. Reilyn is very nice, and very helpful, Paige brings a very fun, energetic vibe making people feel invited the moment they walk in, and is also very nice and helpful. Adam is also a pretty cool guy to have conversations with (he’s also strong 💪🏻), pretty much the entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and I have a very hard time imagining them being the direct reason why anyone has a bad experience. It’s an environment that’s highly suitable for beginners, athletes, and anyone who works long hours during the day and wants an empty gym to workout in at night using very well maintained equipment that gets repaired within 24-48 hours when broken and...

Maleigha by far is the best receptionist here. Her customer service alone deserves five stars. She is always smiling, courteous and happy to help me with any concerns I may have.

I came in for a normal workout and almost got taken out by a flying dumbbell. This huge weight slipped, bounced, and was literally headed straight for my face. Before I could even react, Reilyn just stepped in and grabbed it like it was nothing and then checked if I was okay. I started laughing because it felt like some slow‑mo movie moment, but she was calm the whole time and kept making sure I was good. Ten out of ten, give this girl a raise before the equipment actually finishes someone.

Yes the gym is small but I’m so happy I tried it out again!! First time going I wasn’t feeling it could’ve been a multitude of things but as of now June 2026 it’s gotten so much better I also really love how the environment was this time around I felt very comfortable I’m sure it has to do with Reilyn’s welcoming presence :) wish I lived closer
