I love the Crunch spin classes! The instructors are energetic and helpful with making sure you have the right form. They play fun music and lots of great choreography.

So far my experience with Crunch has been great. There are plenty of gyms in my area and with my membership I get access to all of them - I’ve never been too far, even when out of town on vacation. My home gym is always clean and has all the equipment I need.

Love the variety of classes they offer! Bonus points for childcare if you’re in need of a workout as a single mom! Affordable compared to other gyms that have less amenities. Crunch is my ride or die gym!

I have been with Crunch Fitness for a little over two months and really enjoy this gym and feel very at ease there. They hold true to their motto " NO JUDGEMENTS".
I am 66 years old and was looking for a personnal trainer that understood what I was looking for in my senior years. Brian Williams is an outstanding trainer and completely understands what seniors need to be aware of and what to train for. He works closely with you and is very knowledgable to know what is needed with each visit. He has greatly improved my fitness and I feel better in my 60s than I did in my 50s. I was worried about my balance as I was getting older and he has worked with me to regain control of my balance and confidence. I had started to quit some things I truly love out of fear of falling. That fear is now gone.

I really like crunch! The membership is really affordable, but it doesn't feel like a “cheap” gym. Its very clean, staff is friendly, and they have everything I need there for my strength training journey.

I really love Round Rock location. When I first arrived I was greeted and immediately introduced to someone to get all information about the gym. I felt so relaxed and comfortable I joined and with a trainer for 6 months. I really love my Trainer Diana she’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible with my schedule. I recommend her and any Crunch fitness gyms cause they all are very friendly.
