Torri was very attentive and very nice at the front desk. When I walked in he greeted me very nicely and increased the hospitality of the experience. Made me want to go to Crunch Fitness- Round Rock more often. 10/10 experience!

I accidentally spilled my drink while working out. I asked the front desk for help. The nice and kind worker named torri helped me out. He cleaned my spill in which seems like record time. I was to finish my work out in a nice clean area. Torri deserves a raise for being so nice and treating me with respect.

Been meaning to start working out again and the kind staff were nice enough to brief me on all the options they have. I believe they were named raylin or something like that, but they were super nice and professional. I’ll definitely be coming here once I’m available.
