Crunch Round Rock

Been going to this Crunch for almost a year and ran through some Physcial Training with the personal Trainers. Joseph has been helping me with my fitness journey and has been a great help in accelerating it.

Joseph is a very Great Trainer. He's helped me achieve my weightloss goals !

5 stars I worked with a trainer named Joseph he was extremely friendly and great to work with taught me a lot of techniques and was very knowledgeable and patient would HIGHLY recommended him to any new customers and friends

Love working out at Crunch Fitness! The gym is always super clean, and the staff does a great job keeping everything sanitized. Big shoutout to trainer Joseph—he’s knowledgeable, motivating, and really takes the time to tailor workouts to your goals. Highly recommend! 💪

I signed up with the training program to help get me with a routine for lifestyle habit changes. I see Ian and honestly I have so many positive experiences with him. It’s great because he essentially creates a roadmap for you and as long as you do your part you will see results. His personality is also great and really helped to bridge my fear of gym into a new love for it. I can’t praise/recommend him enough! I used to be so wary of checking/weigh in days but now I’m excited to see the progress that I’m making.

Haven't joined a gym for a long time and couldn't have asked for a better place to join and be a part of. Love the app it has to track yourself, your workouts and allows you to stay accountable. Something for everyone and a clean environment. Highly recommend.

This is my first time taking personal training. Juliana is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and very friendly, which made it easy to feel comfortable and motivated from day one.

Juliana takes the time to understand your goals and creates personalized workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. What I really appreciate is how clearly she teaches each workout – explaining the form, the purpose behind it, and how it fits into the overall plan. She makes sure you’re doing everything safely and correctly, which builds confidence.

Jeremy got me setup with Nico to be my trainer at this location. Nico is educated, patient, pushes me to my limit safely, and holds me accountable. Any questions i ever have i reach out to him personally and he is quick to respond and provides clear instructions. He has ended up being the perfect trainer for what my goals are. After only 2 months I have gained 8 pounds, lost 4% body fat, my chest, arms, and legs all made considerable growth. Even if I can't see it the numbers don't lie, and others have begun to compliment me on my physique so obviously somethings working. I'm now coming up on 4 months of working out with Nico and I couldn't have asked for a better person or trainer!! If you are ready to take step and you need some guidance, accountability, direction, with results go talk to Jeremy and have "kickoff session" with my boy Nico!!!

Worth it! This is my first experience with personal training, and my introduction to the process felt like an actual workout, of course I still have more work to put in cause I just started, but my personal trainer (Juliana) knows her stuff and is very athletic herself.

I just joined Crunch Fitness and it’s been the best experience, especially because of Juliana my trainer. She pushes me to do better also sends me healthy meal ideas that I can eat. She goes above and beyond. I just want to say thank you Juliana for being patient with me.

Love this gym! Place is impeccably clean, amazing and friendly staff. Nico is great personal trainer, gave me realistic goals that i have been working on and by far have seen improvements on my end. I struggled to move about because of my back issues and he gave me a lot of pointers to correct them and adhere to my ADL without so much pain like i used to. I highly recommend Nico as a personal trainer!

Niko is amazing, he’s helped me drop 3 pant sizes in less than 2 months highly recommend!

Juliana is an amazing trainer! She is extremely patient and super supportive, which makes me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions. Working with her has been a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer!

I love the fact it's 24 hours that's ONE OF THE REASONS why I signed up. The other reason was because they have boxing bags ... That's a must when someone works out!!

Staff is polite and pleasant. My personal trainer Micaiah has been amazing in helping me get stronger after an injury.

Changing my review to 1 star. Micaiah is still amazing but not an employee there anymore. The way they go about making it so difficult to cancel the personal trainer subscription is ridiculous. Apparently, you have to give a 30 day notice… But seeing as they let go of my trainer without my knowledge (20 days before my next charge), they are now expecting ME to continue through this pay cycle…THEN put in my 30 days notice. This means I am locked in for another 50 days because of a VERY POOR decision to let go of one of their BEST TRAINER THERE. This was not a decision made by me therefore this charge should not be on me. I am going to make a completely separate bad review for my experience with Jeremy the GM.

If you are looking for a great place to work out, I highly recommend that you join Crunch Fitness in Round Rock.
Not only is the gym well-maintained and super clean, but they also have excellent personal trainers.
I have the pleasure of working out with IAN. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great conversationalist, and willing to listen and modify the workout when needed. Because of his dedication to excellence, I know that I will be able to achieve my goals!
If you are considering using a personal trainer, I highly recommend IAN (great workouts and a little eye candy too : )

A great place at an affordable price. The High Intensity Training (HIT) classes really challenge and motivate me.

I have been training with Nico for a while now, and he’s been awesome. He always pushes me to do my best and keeps me motivated. He has introduced me to new exercises that have really helped me improve my strength. If you’re looking for a trainer who understands your capabilities and will make sure you challenge that, Nico is the one.
