once a week, my brother and i meet with our personal trainer, jaidon. he is very personable and efficient with our workouts. my brother and i are both very happy with the progress we've been making so far and after each 30-minute session, we leave feeling challenged and stronger !

I absolutely love this gym! The environment is clean, motivating, and full of positive energy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the childcare service is amazing — it makes it so much easier for parents to stay consistent with their workouts knowing their kids are safe and happy.

I also want to highlight my trainer, Jaidon — he’s been an incredible part of my fitness journey. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. After having a baby, he customized my workouts to help me rebuild strength safely, improve my body composition, and regain my confidence. I would like to give Jeremy a big shout out, he’s a very good person. He set up my training and when I explained to him that since I travel for work there could be a possibility I get transferred before my training sessions were complete, however I didn’t know it would be so soon. Jeremy was able to cancel my training for me and even give me a refund for the sessions I wasn’t able to use, I very much appreciate what he did for me, he’s a great employee and even a better person, thanks for everything Jeremy.

Every time I come in, she makes the check-in smooth and brings a great energy to the gym. You can tell she really cares about the members and makes everyone feel comfortable. The gym honestly wouldn’t be the same without her!

Crunch Fitness in Round Rock is hands-down the best gym I’ve ever joined. The place is massive, packed with every machine and free-weight setup you could want, and the energy hits you the second you walk in—pure motivation.
What made it unforgettable, though, was the manager, Donovan Zuniga. From day one he greeted me by name, walked me through every station, and checked in to make sure I was hitting my goals. Donovan isn’t just running a gym—he’s building a community. His hustle, positivity, and genuine care turned a good gym into a great experience.

The staff follows his lead: friendly, fast, and always ready to help. The facility stays spotless even during peak hours, and the outdoor turf area gives that extra SoCal vibe right here in Texas.

Jeremy's gym Crunch Fitness has very good and professional equipment. I do boxing as a hobby/sport. And the heavy bags at this location are very good. Good and heavy. And they really absorb the punch well. Without being to hard on the hand. This location is very clean and easy to use. The staff are always friendly and kind. Good air conditioning. And very clean restrooms/showers. And very clean equipment and building. The weights are very good. And the weight machines are very good. Family friendly. And good for really working out hard too. If you live in austin this gym location is one of the best in the city. Good fair prices. My favorite crunch location in austin.

I signed up for a 12 month low cost plan to have somewhere to go to when I need to throw some weight around and hired a personal trainer named Jaidon for extra to help me feel less lonely and give me some help for lifting and exercise since I have not been active in years.
I Highly recommend this because no matter what the plan is its focused on your development and saftey inside Crunch.

Expressed my concerns music was too loud and someone reached out, forgot his name 😅 great customer service. Was just annoying not being able to enjoy my own music. Hopefully it gets fixed most ppl have their own music anyways.
