They held up their end of the bargain finished work properly, and I was very satisfied with the whole procedure

They responded to our emergency in a timely matter. They immediately got to work assessing the damage and started the process for getting the water out and drying the floors and walls. They explained everything they were going to do to fix the damage. Each team they sent was job specific and they did their jobs well. They continued to reach out to our insurance adjuster to make sure he was up to date with what was being done. They did everything they could to alleviate the worries we had. I will highly recommend this company and I am very glad our condo association is going to use them in case of an emergency.

I am very grateful that Unlimited Restoration Inc. was the company that performed the work at my house. The managers Mr.Casanova, Mr. Oscar and all the workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They made sure that the work done was to their and my satisfaction.
What made the company special was that every task had its own professional men to complete the work. After each completion ,Osceola County would inspect and approve all the work done.

Chris Viera is the BEST. He literally saved our apartment from being infested with mold when our building management company couldn't seem to do that. He is attentive, checks in and cares about his clients. Would highly recommend using this company, specifically working with Chris Viera.

Norman Sr, and Jr were very nice in assisting with our flooded bathrooms. Our homeowners insurance uses them. They accommodated our space for my handicapped parents, by keeping their equipment as out of the way as possible. They were personally very friendly as well.

I have high praise for URI. They did all the clean-up and repair work to my home after a small fire. They took all the stress off of me by coordinating everything need to restore my home to as it was before the fire. All work was well done and stayed ahead of the predicted timeline. Everything was left in pristine condition.

Scott at Unlimited in Orlando was fantastic! He explained the mitigation process used for the water damage in my condo and was helpful with the many questions that I had. I would gladly recommend Unlimited to anyone!

I just finished working with Liliana and Daniel from the URI team. They helped with an entire remodel of my kitchen and floors throughout my home. I was connected with them via my insurance company, which obviously made me very nervous, but they were nothing short of spectacular. They were excellent at communication and sped up the process in order to accommodate my immediate travel out of the country. The foreman, Daniel, was great. They had a little problem with my insurance company at first, but once the estimate was complete the work got done quickly and professionally. Daniel has great customer service and tried to make everything the way I wanted.
