They responded to our emergency in a timely matter. They immediately got to work assessing the damage and started the process for getting the water out and drying the floors and walls. They explained everything they were going to do to fix the damage. Each team they sent was job specific and they did their jobs well. They continued to reach out to our insurance adjuster to make sure he was up to date with what was being done. They did everything they could to alleviate the worries we had. I will highly recommend this company and I am very glad our condo association is going to use them in case of an emergency.
