They held up their end of the bargain finished work properly, and I was very satisfied with the whole procedure

They responded to our emergency in a timely matter. They immediately got to work assessing the damage and started the process for getting the water out and drying the floors and walls. They explained everything they were going to do to fix the damage. Each team they sent was job specific and they did their jobs well. They continued to reach out to our insurance adjuster to make sure he was up to date with what was being done. They did everything they could to alleviate the worries we had. I will highly recommend this company and I am very glad our condo association is going to use them in case of an emergency.

I am very grateful that Unlimited Restoration Inc was the company that proformed the work at my house. The managers Mr.Casanova , Mr. Oscar and all the workers were very professional, knowledgeable and
respectful. They made sure that the work done was to their and my satisfaction before moving to the next task.
What made the company special was that every task had its own professional men to complete it. After completion, Osceola county would come for an inspection . The inspections always passed with no problem.

Great company to work with. Have worked with them a few times. Each time they immediately responded to the emergency services, provided direction on the work to be completed and keep in constant communication until the work was completed.

URI (Unlimited Restoration) is an excellent company! I am the Director of Operations & Maintenance for the University of Maryland Medical Center (Shock Trauma) and we have used URI for the last 3-4 years. They have successfully and efficiently responded to floods, fire extinguisher discharges and fires. They even helped us prepare for a major planned electrical outage which required (2) large generators, cabling, fuel and manpower. In all instances, they were professional and timely. I highly recommend URI!

We called URI at 7 AM when we discovered a water leak in our Activities Center. The first respondent was on site within 2 hours and called for more help after assessing the damage. By late afternoon, all damage had been addressed and the dehumidifiers and blowers were running.
The team did a great deal of the work behind the scenes while a charity fashion show went on in the center. They did this without impacting the charity event, which we really appreciated.
URI was responsive, quick to the scene, totally professional and kept our Board of Supervisors up to date as work progressed.
If anything happens again, we will use them with no hesitation.
