Sebastian was the most professional, polite, accommodating, effective and empathetic technician imaginable. He communicated constantly to me, always informing me of his arrival times and updated the status of each room’s restoration daily. He did his best to manage my expectations without compromising the results of his efforts. Sebastian provided real hope and comfort in the midst of a potential disaster!

The URI team did a fantastic job with our construction which consisted of rehabbing several rooms and a bathroom which had been damaged due to a water leak. They did a quality job, were always available for a phone call or text message, and I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Thank you for taking over a disaster and taking the perfect end product. You were everything your predecessor was not and your workmen were excellent. Brilliant job well done. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is.

Unlimited Restrictions came to our rescue when we had not one but two water leaks in our home which involved having to replace almost all of our flooring and all of our cabinets. They were quick, friendly and got a lot of work done in a timely matter. I recommend them for any repair or restoration work that needs to be done.

They held up their end of the bargain finished work properly, and I was very satisfied with the whole procedure

They responded to our emergency in a timely matter. They immediately got to work assessing the damage and started the process for getting the water out and drying the floors and walls. They explained everything they were going to do to fix the damage. Each team they sent was job specific and they did their jobs well. They continued to reach out to our insurance adjuster to make sure he was up to date with what was being done. They did everything they could to alleviate the worries we had. I will highly recommend this company and I am very glad our condo association is going to use them in case of an emergency.

I am very grateful that Unlimited Restoration Inc. was the company that performed the work at my house. The managers Mr.Casanova, Mr. Oscar and all the workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They made sure that the work done was to their and my satisfaction.
What made the company special was that every task had its own professional men to complete the work. After each completion ,Osceola County would inspect and approve all the work done.
