Titan Restoration of AZ

I have been working with Titan Restoration for over a year as a Valued Trade Partner (VTP) bringing my expertise as a concrete contractor. Titan has been a great company to work with. Great communication comes from both sides of the companies and to this date, we have not had any issues. All of Titan's staff from the project managers to the front office, have been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Titan Restoration of AZ does just an awesome job. Our condo had been destroyed because of a tenant committing suicide inside. They came in, literally took over, and helped us in choosing all new flooring, cabinets, etc to restore it back to as if it was brand new. They were timely, checked it, and worked hard to keep our costs down. I would recommend them for the smallest to the biggest job one might have. They won’t disappoint!

We appreciated how quickly they came out by the fans to dry the walls and take the dry wall and base boards off. Then we thought that someone would be out to put the
kitchen corner back the way it was before but was told that they can't have anyone out until next Monday May 14, because everyone is too busy. We have been waiting
since April 18th. I think we have been very patient and waiting to hear from someone very soon.

I very much enjoyed the class, and learning about all aspects of the restoration process, Mr. Jon Thom went through with us. He was very informative and gave a lot of insight into how to educate, create, and provide the best handling of a water loss situation. Mr. Jon Thom made the class very fun, interactive, and provided excellent example of real life events. I have highly recommended this calls to me co-workers, and look forward in being able to attend again in the future!

Titan Restoration completed our home remediation superbly and ahead of schedule. The work performed was thorough and efficient. Our project manager, Brandon, provided excellent communication - laying out a day-by-day schedule, keeping us updated on progress, and responding to our questions and requests very quickly. We dealt with multiple contracting companies during this project. Receiving quality work and professionalism should be a given - but, unfortunately, that's often not the case. We had very poor experiences with other companies. Titan stands tall for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and integrity in addition to expertise and the respect they showed us and our property. Our entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Titan they helped me with my flood and the Damage it caused in my home. They were able to get in the same day I called, and get fans up. I felt respected by their employees, as they were in and out of my home. I'm so grateful that I found a honest company to help me. Harry was wonderful. Thank you!

Everything was great

Caring. Wants to help when unexpected disasters happen.

Had a flood with damage to our home and guest house. Titan responded immediately, within hours had all needed equipment in place, and over next 6 days got us well dried out. They were all very professional and easy to work with.

Had a water leak in my ceiling and Titan came out promptly to get the fans and dehumidifier going so I did not have to replace the ceiling and wall. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!!!
