TITAN RESTORATION HAS VERY PROMPT & NICE SERVICE PEOPLE TO ASSESS THE REPAIR ISSUES WE HAD & CHECK THE DEHUMIDIFIER. WHEN IT CAME TO DOING THE PREP/ REPAIR WE HAD ISSUES. THE DEHUMIDIFIER THAT WAS LEFT FOR 13 DAYS KEPT MAKING SURGING NOISES & SHUTTING ITSELF OFF. IT WAS PUT AT THE WATER LEAK AREA THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED & HAD WATER RUNNING DIRECTLY INTO IT DURING ANOTHER RAIN. I CALLED TITAN THAT MORNING TWICE, I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK FROM THE TITAN OFFICE ABOUT THAT ISSUE. JIMMY CALLED THE NUMBER ON A TITAN BUSINESS CARD. THE SUPERVISER CAME OUT BY THE END OF THE DAY WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED BY THEN BECAUSE WE ENDED UP MOVING THE MACHINE & RESTARTING IT OURSELVES. ON ONE OF THE HUMIDITY CHECKS & THE 13TH DAY PICK-UP OF THE MACHINE , NO ONE CALLED US TO NOTIFY US OR LEFT A MESSAGE THAT TITAN WAS COMING THOSE 2 DAYS, THEY JUST SHOWED UP. THE...

Titan was great! I had an extremely frustrating experience with another independent adjuster when my house flooded. The Titan team came in and listened, took notes, pictures and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were including and not including in the report back to my insurance company. I would recommend Titan 100% of the time.

The mold remediation was very informative. Although our secession was the last of the day and seemed a bit rushed, the instructor allowed ample time for questions. He was very knowledgeable, and kept terms simple to understand. I must say though that as usual a class taught by a specialist does always have a sales element to it. Overall a great experience and resource for the future.
