TITAN RESTORATION HAS VERY PROMPT & NICE SERVICE PEOPLE TO ASSESS THE REPAIR ISSUES WE HAD & CHECK THE DEHUMIDIFIER. WHEN IT CAME TO DOING THE PREP/ REPAIR WE HAD ISSUES. THE DEHUMIDIFIER THAT WAS LEFT FOR 13 DAYS KEPT MAKING SURGING NOISES & SHUTTING ITSELF OFF. IT WAS PUT AT THE WATER LEAK AREA THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED & HAD WATER RUNNING DIRECTLY INTO IT DURING ANOTHER RAIN. I CALLED TITAN THAT MORNING TWICE, I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK FROM THE TITAN OFFICE ABOUT THAT ISSUE. JIMMY CALLED THE NUMBER ON A TITAN BUSINESS CARD. THE SUPERVISER CAME OUT BY THE END OF THE DAY WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED BY THEN BECAUSE WE ENDED UP MOVING THE MACHINE & RESTARTING IT OURSELVES. Titan was great! I had an extremely frustrating experience with another independent adjuster when my house flooded. The Titan team came in and listened, took notes, pictures and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were including and not including in the report back to my insurance company. The initial response to the water damage in my home was fast and efficient and I would rate that 5 stars.
There was a long delay in starting the restoration work and communication was lacking during that time period.
The restoration crew did excellent work and the communication with Murray White was also excellent. Five stars.
Communication on the estimates of work to be performed and the insurance adjuster were not provided - so I give that one star.
We have not received any communications concerning what the insurer has paid to Titan directly, what the insurer will be paying to Titan directly and what we will be invoiced directly by Titanto our selves. So I give that 0 stars. Read more >

From beginning to end it was a hassle. No follow through at all. During our one job I think 3 different people either quit or got fired. It's a shame as we manage almost 200 rental properties and would have loved to work with a reasonable, responsive restoration company. I still cannot get over the fact that your emergency team blamed the delays on weather. You advertise a 24/7 response, no? Even State Farm thought your company was outrageous, disorganized, and unprofessional. I especially liked the calls at the end demanding the last $1300. The only reason they are even getting one star is because I could not write this review without giving them something. We have been put out for 3 months now. When Beau first came out, we were told the job would take a month. Longer than we would have liked but understandable. We are now at month 3 with no completion. We had a flood. Our kitchen was ripped out. No lower cabinets, no kitchen sink, no main bath sink. It took 2 months just to get the carpet installation completed. We have been given numerous timelines of when we could expect the work to be completed and yet we are still waiting. False claims about a key missing from a lockbox, which has been in there since they left it, or no shows with no explanation. When we call, no answer, no return calls. Continually being ignored. The mold remediation was very informative. Although our secession was the last of the day and seemed a bit rushed, the instructor allowed ample time for questions. He was very knowledgeable, and kept terms simple to understand. I must say though that as usual a class taught by a specialist does always have a sales element to it. Johnny for your firm picked up the pieces after his predecessor who quit your firm and gave us lip service was in my mind the only shining light in our experience with Titan. We were one of the first to report the water damage to our carrier Liberty Mutual back in May of 2018. We were one of the last to get our unit at Northshore taken care of as far as completing the job which was finished this month. It shouldn't take 6 months to do repair work in one condo. I would give Johnny 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the overall experience with Titan.

I realize that most of your labor force are basically construction workers. But the difference is that many construction workers on new builds complete the job before the tenants or owners move into the property.
