We used Titan Restoration to fix our home in Gilbert, AZ when we had a leak. They came out very quickly within an hour, looked at the damage, & set up fans & equipment to dry. They also worked with my insurance to get the damaged carpet, paint, & drywall replaced. TITAN RESTORATION HAS VERY PROMPT & NICE SERVICE PEOPLE TO ASSESS THE REPAIR ISSUES WE HAD & CHECK THE DEHUMIDIFIER. WHEN IT CAME TO DOING THE PREP/ REPAIR WE HAD ISSUES. THE DEHUMIDIFIER THAT WAS LEFT FOR 13 DAYS KEPT MAKING SURGING NOISES & SHUTTING ITSELF OFF. IT WAS PUT AT THE WATER LEAK AREA THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED & HAD WATER RUNNING DIRECTLY INTO IT DURING ANOTHER RAIN. I CALLED TITAN THAT MORNING TWICE, I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK FROM THE TITAN OFFICE ABOUT THAT ISSUE. JIMMY CALLED THE NUMBER ON A TITAN BUSINESS CARD. THE SUPERVISER CAME OUT BY THE END OF THE DAY WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED BY THEN BECAUSE WE ENDED UP MOVING THE MACHINE & RESTARTING IT OURSELVES.
