Titan did a great job when a neighbor’s sewer backed up and caused damage to several of our rooms. They moved in swiftly to removed contaminated materials and open up ceilings and walls. The restoration process was well scheduled and the workmanship far surpasses the original construction. I would recommend Titan without hesitation.

I'm glad the company has worked with me and paid for repairs so far. These were issues that could have been avoided if the house would have been inspected properly before the project was deemed complete I.e. the house was not pretreated for termites. I have lived in the house for a year and a half and have had issues since I moved in.

I had a great experience with Titan Resotration. They were very quick to respond even though they were busy with all the storms that had taken place. They were able to fit me in same day for the estimate and worked around my schedule to return for the repairs. They were very friendly and efficient.

My water heater recently rusted through and dumped 40 gallons of water under my laminate floor. I called three different water restoration companies at around 10:30pm, and only Titan had someone ready to answer the phone! One of the others responded the next morning, after the Titan crew had already ripped up the floor, installed 9 blowers and a humidifier, and had drying well underway. The third never responded to my message at all. These guys were professional, most of the walls dried in place, and the damage was so much less than it would have been without such amazingly prompt and knowledgeable response!

The persons that came out after my storm damage were very professional. My roof was completely torn off on one side. They placed black plastic on the whole side and did a great job. It was 3 weeks before I was able to get my roof replaced, during that time we had 2 more big wind days. The plastic stayed on and never even got a tear in it. I was quite pleased with the job that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone.
