Great experience with Thomas Engineering. I selected and contacted Thomas Engineering based on realtor's recommended list. Called and set an appointment a couple of weeks out. Received a couple of emails requesting input on known issues and reminder of appointment. Thomas Engineering confirmed appointment on the day before appointment. Engineering tech arrived on time, explained process, assured us that Thomas would arrive momentarily and started gathering data. Thomas arrived, inspected house consulted with tech. Thomas and tech explained how they would analyze the data and send report via email. This appointment was early morning. Received email with report late that afternoon. Thomas Engineering people represented themselves professionally and were courteous. Report included expected recommendations for repair, actions for future care, and lists of recommended service companies to perform repairs.
