Professional, fast and honest. Can't recommend enough if you've received expensive foundation repair estimates. Two foundation company salesman wanted to sell us $20k+ foundation repairs we didn't need, and we wouldn't have known that without Thomas Engineering. Came on one day's notice and received a very thorough structural report shortly after showing even though there were some issues, our foundation was structurally sound. We can sell our home now with this report in the disclosure. Also made some affordable recommendations to shore it up. Grateful for their expertise, professionalism and timeliness.
