Thomas Engineering is excellent. This is the second home for which they have completed a structural engineering report for us. They are quick to schedule the onsite visit and complete their engineering report promptly, expertly and at a detail that clearly shows what where the foundation piers need to be placed. By the way, they only recommend what foundation work needs to be done - not going overboard with excessive foundation improvements. We would highly recommend them!!
