I have been a member of the Wellness Bar since it opened. Before the opening, I had to visit multiple businesses and have multiple memberships to enjoy a variety of modalities. The Wellness Bar brought all the best technology together in one place with one membership and flexible options. I have enjoyed all the modalities I've used: infrared sauna, cryotherapy, red light, salt therapy, dry float bed, whole-body vibration, and compression boots. Perhaps my favorite modality is the newest offering: the Revibe chair paired with the BrainTap meditation headset. What sets the Wellness Bar apart from other wellness centers is the latest technology, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a well-designed layout that provides privacy with individual rooms and locking doors. The Wellness Bar is the perfect place to reset, relax, and recover. Whether you are a high performing athlete or someone looking to start taking more care towards their physical and mental health, the wellness bar is the perfect place to start. You are greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain the services and help assist with no hesitation. The place is so clean and aesthetic as well. And to top it all off, the Wellness Bar has the best prices in the valley for the services they have. Truly cannot beat it. I could not recommend this place more!

I have been going here for the past three weeks and I'm loving this place! I only regret not knowing about this earlier. My doctor recommended for me to try infrared sauna. I never thought I would like cryotherapy but I love it. You just never know how it is until you give it a try. Words just cant explain how much better I feel. I have tried all the therapies they offer and they all offer various benefits. Everyone here is so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this Wellness Bar!

I can’t tell you how much I love this place and look forward to every visit! To have so many wellness therapies in one place has been such a blessing. I bounce between 3-4 different therapies every time Im here. You will not find anything quite like The Wellness Bar for the membership price they offer. The coowner Janie is awesome and the staff here are all sooo kind and helpful. You must visit here, your body and mind will thank you!
