Love it here. $99 Membership is an amazing deal. The Staff here is excellent. They keep it clean and are very flexible with services. The Vagaro app makes appointments and rescheduling simple.

One of my favorites is the cryo-chamber—it always leaves me feeling recharged. I also really appreciate that the saunas are private and kept spotless between each use.

I love using the vibration plate paired with the stand-up red light panels, and the compression therapy has noticeably improved my circulation. The dry float bed and theta chair are amazing options for stress relief and relaxation. Every visit leaves me feeling better, both physically and mentally.
