Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond! The store was undergoing renovation and a package was delivered to the store that we had to have for an event the next day. I left a note and the owner met me after hours to deliver the package! It is a great example of why you should support local business - owners can go the extra mile to make your experience great! The store is currently undergoing renovations. I thought I was out of luck ... but when I called, the owner took the time to find my package (in the renovation mess) and bring it out to me.
John really went above and beyond to get me my package.
I didn’t even tell him it was for my husbands birthday; and that would have been such a bummer to miss out on giving him his gift!

When I think of what makes a community, the employees at UPS are exactly what I envision. I started an online business about 6 months ago so I knew I would become very familiar with each face at this store. I visit the UPS store 3-4 times a week and I always feel welcomed with each visit. I have brought my young son in with me and now he loves coming here! I know I am in good hands with each and every employee. I know they work hard and strive for perfection, professionalism and outstanding customer service. John, the owner, is a stand up person and I feel so privileged and lucky to have this UPS so close to home! I walked to the counter with my Amazon code for UPS to ship, my box wasn't taped or addressed. The lady helping me scanned my code, printed the receipt with tracking, and handed it to me. She said she would tape it up and label it for me. I literally walked in with an open box, and walked out 2 minutes later with a tracking receipt! Very happy with the store's service! Read more >

From the very first day I entered this UPS store, I was treated with a high level of professionalism and friendliness by everyone who works here. As a retired free-lance dress designer , it has been my pleasure to work on several small projects requiring the excellent skills of Alex, Barbara and even Doug, the owner for the past 17 years at this location. Whether it was Christmas pictures to be scanned and copied or family vacation shots to be included with cards, I have had the pleasure of working closely with the staff and now, frankly feel like a member of the family.

Today we have triumphed in completing the scanning of 166 antique photos to DVD and thumb drive that will make the perfect gift for my brother's 80th birthday.
