I was a little early and standing out side waiting to do an Amazon return and the owner came out and asked if I wanted to go ahead and do it even though it was a few minutes early. He was super nice and it was a huge help today to have that few extra minutes. I don't often see business owners taking that extra step to help people but he did and I appreciate it!

A huge and heartfelt thank you to John and Rob for going WAY above and beyond to complete a last minute print order for me! Due to a few issues I had, I did not have much time to have a family heirloom cookbook printed in time for Christmas. These were my Christmas gifts for my children and grandchildren. I told John I knew this was one of the busiest times for them, and I would understand if they couldn't make it happen quickly enough. He replied, "It's Christmas!", and that they "would get it done!" With time running out, John arranged with Rob at UPS Store #3927 to have the order printed and ready in under 24hrs.They did an incredible job getting my cookbooks printed and bound in record time.
