I’ve experienced excellent service at this UPS store. It’s always our first choice.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to John and Rob for going WAY above and beyond to complete a last minute print order for me! Due to a few issues I had, I did not have much time to have a family heirloom cookbook printed in time for Christmas. These were my Christmas gifts for my children and grandchildren. I told John I knew this was one of the busiest times for them, and I would understand if they couldn't make it happen quickly enough. He replied, "It's Christmas!", and that they "would get it done!" With time running out, John arranged with Rob at UPS Store #3927 to have the order printed and ready in under 24hrs.They did an incredible job getting my cookbooks printed and bound in record time. I received a call from John letting me know my books were ready (even a few hours before the time they had given me), and he had personally brought them to UPS Store #7489...

Every time I go to the UPS store, the employees are very helpful and kind.

I contacted this store to have business cards made for myself and two other employees, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The cards were well designed, completed within two days, and the quality was outstanding.

I also had brochures produced for an event—5,000 brochures along with 1,000 business cards for each employee. Everything was completed quickly and turned out exactly as expected, especially considering the short turnaround time.

In addition, the team produced 12 banners for a soccer team (60” x 36”), and they looked very professional and well made.

I worked with John, the owner, and Rob, the manager, who were both extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. The entire team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

The UPS store in Julington Creek is my favorite place to ship items! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful not to mention extremely efficient & quick. Even when there is a line of customers, I am able to enter & exit in no more than 10 minutes.

Love this operation, fastest service, courteous people

I dropped off a sample to a lab for asbestos testing. The company had provided the box and shipping label.
Two days later there was no tracking info other than my drop off information. I spoke with UPS customer service, eventually reaching a supervisor who checked with the local UPS hub. The hub said the package never made it to their facility. The supervisor told me the hub said all trucks are emptied by the end of the day and the items are scanned.
Apparently my package was not sent. When I checked numerous times with the store they claimed the package was no longer there but could not explain what happened to this very important package!
One person told me he would file a missing package claim to require UPS to carefully trace the package.
When I called today to get the update on that search I was told that the person I spoke with yesterday has no authority...

The people are so nice, kind and patient. I love going in there.
