Showed up with literally no packing or boxes, just my gifts. In the logistics world I was helpless. The customer service was beyond stellar. The clerk took amazing care of me, even after I came back because I switched the cards in my boxes. Would and will drive the extra 10 miles to go to this location. Customer service matters and they nailed it.

I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store location the owner John and his incredible staff! I have been in medical sales for over 30+ years having to do a lot of work with copies shipping things back-and-forth and I can tell you there’s nobody better to deal with and work with then UPS store State Road 13 in fruit cove Florida. I highly recommend going out of your way and using their services! I prefer this ups location over fedex
