I don't even know where to start. I interviewed via phone over 12 brokers in the Grand Strand. I had almost given up until I spoke to Greg Sisson. You see, I was responsible for selling the family beach home which has been in my family all my life. After my parents passed I had to sell all their properties. Then I received a call from Rick Miles. He did the write up and he did a wonderful job, very minor edits and they were done in minutes. The house was listed, the offers started to roll in. Greg secured an offer, over asking, CASH. It doesn't get any better than that. Greg and his team, valued our beach home, walked me through every step of the way, treated me with respect and dignity.
