Based on a referral from friends, we contacted Matt Harris who spent months communicating with my wife in attempting to find the right place to buy and answering a myriad of questions. He was always prompt with his response and professional. When we arrived in Myrtle Beach, Matt had some conflicts with his schedule and his associate, Susan Ferguson, took over in his place, showing 5 or 6 places on a Saturday and then meeting us again on Sunday at the place we picked. Susan was outstanding, not a pushy salesperson, but took her time, provided the answer to all our questions and submitted our offer promptly.
