Team Dakoske

Nav has exceeded our expectations of what a realtor is or should be. We began searching for homes on a very limited time frame with a different realtor and decided to break off the relationship after viewing countless homes that did not include a single characteristic that we were very specific about. Then out of nowhere, we meet with Nav to show us a home he was representing. From that very first interaction he thoroughly understood our needs and just 3 days later we had 5 homes scheduled for walkthroughs. He was very open about defects in a home he looks out for himself and defects that appraisers look out for. Very knowledgeable at such an early stage in his career its very impressive. He also has a wonderful team of very experienced and knowledgeable realtors around him that give the buyer tons of needed information. We closed on a wonderful property after working with Nav for...

Nav does a wonderful job!
I found the perfect property in the perfect location, listed by Nav Dhami of
Team Dakoske, and from the first moment of contact I was delighted with his demeanor. As the seller's agent, he was diligent in protecting his client's interests. His representation was impeccable as was his attention to my needs as the buyer. He went beyond the basic requirements of an agent to ensure every detail of the transaction went smoothly for all parties involved.
I highly recommend Nav to handle any real estate sale or purchase. His unbridled enthusiasm and shining personality bring an exceptional experience in real estate commerce.
Thank you, Nav!

Matt has sold numerous vacant land parcels for us. He is a real Pro with lots of
marketing ideas. Great to work with. Give Matt a call.

Matt was very helpful as this was my first time ever selling a property. He held my hand throughout the entire process and whenever I had a question he always responded! I am very grateful to have had Team Dekoske by my side. Thank you Matt.

We couldn’t be happier. Nav was fantastic, very responsive and on top of everything going on with the process. Not only was he on top of it he was very honest and I 100% trusted him. We were in another state trying to find a house and he was very detailed when walking the homes with us on FaceTime. I highly recommend anyone looking for a home here in Northern Michigan to work with Nav.

Excellent realtor that will go the extra mile. Excellent experience. You won't be disappointed.

Emmy Kuschell was simply amazing to work with. She went way above and beyond to help me secure my property. Every time there was an issue or problem she was on top of it. She was very responsive to all communication. She did extra research to help me with my concerns. If you are looking for a great realtor in or around Traverse City, look no further than Emmy

Nav from Team Dakoske was awesome to work with! He was extremely helpful and accommodating. You really need to have someone working hard for you if you want a house in this crazy market. We really appreciate him helping us find the perfect place for our family!

Emily Kuschell and Team Dakoske are absolutely fantastic. Throughout the whole process Emily was there to guide me and answered all my questions promptly and in a way the was easily understood. She did a truly amazing job with the open house and got me more than my asking price. Emily also helped with the finding of my new home. If you have any real estate needs I highly recommend Emily and Team Dakoske.

Worked with JD and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Save yourself the search and give him a call!

Jenn and her team did a great job helping us find a condo. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us listings that matched our needs. She was great about keeping us in the loop and shared many helpful details about getting settled in Traverse City.

Jenn, Matt, and Team Dakoske are the best realty group Traverse City has to offer.

Matt is the consummate professional.  He solves problems, overcomes the challenges, and simply gets the job done. I have practiced real estate law for 35 years, and believe I've seen the full range of real estate agents capabilities.   I highly recommend Matt.

Jenn Frankhouse is professional and responds in a timely fashion.

this treatment facility is the the best one I've ever been to

Emily was beyond helpful not only did she manage to sell our home during COVID but she also helped us buy a house. To add to pressure we were also expecting our second child. Emily was very knowledgeable of all of the processes but in the rare moment she didn’t she was able to go back to her team and figure it out. Nothing better than having a team to back you! Emily was and continues to be kind, caring and understanding, we feel like we have gained a lifetime friend. Thanks Emily, we appreciate you! Love, The Light Family ❤️

Matt Dakoske was awesome in all respects of selling our home. To the listing, the showings, and the final accepted offer - he led us through the whole process. Our house sold one day after listed and for over the asking price! Closing was a breeze and Matt was awesome. I can’t recommend Matt or any member of Team Dakoske highly enough. Matt has been in the real estate business for over 40 years, and his experience shows. When you want your house sold quickly and efficiently - Matt Dakoske is the best there is.

Jenn Frankhouse was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with as we located and purchased our home. I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a professional and well respected realtor.

Crystal Gober was very helpful, energetic, peppy, and upbeat. ☺️

Jenn was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. She was patient and helpful during the process and we would definitely utilize her services again.

Matt Dakoske was terrific to work with. His 30+ years of experience were invaluable as we negotiated on a bank owned property. I can't recommend Matt and his team enough!

Crystal Gober is an excellent example of what every realtor should be. Her attention to detail and attentiveness to her clients is top notch. It really show that she loves what she does and her energy is infectious. Our experience with Crystal was straightforward and stress free.
Crystal Gober gets results.

Jenn is a great realtor to work with. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her!

About 4 months ago we bought a house through Matt and Jen- seriously the BEST experience we have ever had! We love house! Matt and Jen went above and beyond for us! Their knowledge and expertise of the area excised our expectations. High recommended!

Jenn Frankhouse was very good to work with. She is a good listener. She quickly understood our requirements and began forwarding information on suitable properties. She encouraged us in our search without placing pressure on us. Jenn was always on time for appointments. She was flexible with her schedule which helped us as we were driving 2+ hours each time we came up to view a property. All paperwork related to our home purchase was taken care of promptly and efficiently. She helped us work through a water testing issue with attention to detail and good follow through. We were very pleased to have her as our agent. As we look back at our interactions with at least 6 Real Estate agents over the years, Jenn was by far the best.

Their knowledge and expertise is only matched their kindness and professionalism. The help I received for my "non-arm's length" transaction (family sale) led to a win for everybody. I can't recommend this team highly enough!
