Team Dakoske

We are so grateful for Jenn’s expertise and guidance in looking for a perfect home for us in Traverse City! Jenn made the whole experience seamless and easy! I would highly recommend Jenn for any of your real estate needs!

When I think of JD I think of a top level communicator. He is always thinking ahead, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I have been a mortgage banker for a long time now, and had the honor of working with JD for the first time on one of my good friends loan, and he seemed to fit in the mix like a glove. I would recommend him and his service 1000 times over. Great guy, fun to talk to, and truly cares about his clients. Thank you again for all you do!

JD is one of the nicest and funniest human beings I’ve ever come across. Very knowledgeable and will go to bat for you. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

There were three vacant lots for sale in our shared access subdivision, all very similar with the same SEV, all listed by three different realtors. The only difference with mine is it now says SOLD! Thank you JD Dakoske, and thank you for treating me and my small vacant parcel with the same effort, respect, and attention to detail you give to your multi-million dollar listings.
You're the best!

Jenn is the best! We felt so comfortable working with her to find our first house in TC! I recommend Team Dakoske to anyone who is searching for a home. They are trustworthy, experienced and extremely friendly! We are so grateful for our experience as first time homebuyers and that’s because of Jenn’s attention to detail and communication with us😊

Jenn is phenomenal! Personable, punctual, and knowledgeable are words that describe her best. She made an intimidating process seamless. We would recommend her and Team Dakoske to anyone looking to buy/sell in Northern Michigan!

We worked with Nav Dhami and he made the whole process a great experience! We found a home we liked and Nav made the rest happen. He kept us informed of what was needed and got the job done perfectly. I would refer all of my friends and family to Nav and will definitely be using him in the future.

Great service provider, very knowledgeable of the real estate sales and purchasing process. Was always willing to attend to my questions or concerns immediately.

It was a pleasure to work with Jenn Frankhouse and Team Dakoske on our recent home purchase. Buying a home can be stressful, especially in the current market, but Jenn's friendly attitude and consistent communication made the process so easy for us. Jenn's knowledge of the TC market is unmatched, and I could easily trust her to find the right home for our family. I recommend Jenn and her team to anyone looking to find a home in the area! Thank you, Jenn!!

Jenn was THE BEST! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect and asked a lot of questions. Jenn was always available and was there every step of the way with kind words and guidance! I can’t recommend her enough!

Jessie went the extra mile to help us purchase our property. She knew who to call and how to go about researching questions we had. Plus, she had a great sense of humor!

Emily did a great job helping us buy a property. She went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

Matt Dakoske is the best realtor in town. I have worked with Matt for over 20 years and recommend all of our clients at Silverwood Enterprises use him to sell their current homes and find vacant lots to build a house on. He has the best team and an abundance of options for houses and lots on the market. Matt helped us through the process of finding our vacant lot to build a new house and found a seller for our current home. We are exceptionally happy with the experiences and are thankful for the clear communication during the process.

Our agent Nav Dhami did an awesome job with helping us find a home that meet our needs. He kept us informed throughout the process and patiently explained what was happening. He was the link between us and the seller and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule whenever we asked to see the property. We will definitely refer friends and family to him and RE/MAX Bayshore properties.

Yes I would recommend Nav for anyone who is looking to purchase or selling their home. He will keep you updated throughout the process of the sale. I will be using him again in the future.

I had the best experience with Team Dakoske. I both sold a home (Matt Dakoske )and then bought my new house (Jenn Frankhouse). Both transactions were explained thoroughly. Jenn Frankhouse is amazing. She helped me find my forever home. She listened to my wish list and kept me up to date on every new listing that checked the boxes. I knew immediately when I walked into the house, that this needed to be mind. Jenn was very patient with my many questions and chased down answers when needed. I highly recommend Team Dakoske. Matt Dakoske and Jenn Frankhouse, along with their support staff (Dianna) made my house adventure a great one.

We worked with Jenn Frankhouse and she was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, responsive—everything we could’ve asked for and more. The prospect of being first-time buyers in such a competitive market was daunting, but Jenn found us exactly what we were looking for and made sure the process went smoothly. We would (and will!) absolutely work with her again!

We are beyond satisfied with Nav's professionalism and thoroughness in leading/assisting us with our purchase of vacant land "up north " (it's a Michigander phrase) . Nav is extremely attentive, pays close attention to detail and his COMMUNICATION with us throughout the entire process is exactly why we have already referred him to our "down state" friends who are also interested in property 3.5 hours away from the hustle and bustle of metro Detroit life. YOU will NOT be disappointed or left "hanging" from this powerhouse of an agent!!

Nav helped us with our first ever home purchase. We could not have picked a better agent. He guided us through every aspect, hurdle and victory.

Emily Kuschell should be your first choice. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and fun. She made the process painless which is not an easy task and selling or buying a home. It is clear that she is passionate and takes pride in her work. She went above and beyond I would recommend Emily again and again!! 💯 💯

Nav really listened to what we wanted in a new home. It must have been really tough at times because my husband and I didn’t always agree about what we wanted. We always got the latest listings to review and that helped up move fast. Thanks, Nav. You were really awesome to work with. I’m afraid Mark found a new partner in (comedy) crime.

Jenn Frankhouse went above and beyond to help us find the house that was the perfect fit for us. She has immeasurable patience, ALL the connections, and was always responsive to any and all questions. Considering the current housing market, finding a house was more than luck. It was working with a great team.

Navneet was exceptional. He is very conscientious, professional and super personable. He makes you feel extremely comfortable contacting him with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend him. You’re in great hands and I can assure you you will be off the charts satisfied.
Thanks Nav!!!

Worked with realtor Jessie from Team Dakoske and can't say enough good things about her! She helped me buy my first home and was my biggest supporter during the whole process. She has a wealth of knowledge for her field and made everything on my part easy! Jessie was always quick to respond back and was always honest which is a quality we don't always see anymore. Whenever I go to sell my home in the future and look for a new one, Jessie will be my go to person.

We've worked with Jenn Frankhouse twice now, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone, in a heartbeat! She is reliable, responsive, patient, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to help her clients. She was always there to answer any of our questions and be sure we felt comfortable. The rest of the RE/MAX Bayshore team is also fantastic, jumping in to help wherever needed!

We love Nav!He kept in contact and always answered our questions quickly no matter what time of day it was. We found our dream home through him and gained a friend! We highly recommend Nav for any of your realtor needs!

This is the 3rd deal we have done with Nav Dhami of Team Dakoske. If we had more property to sell or needed to buy more property, they would be the folks we would have representing us on either side of the transaction. Professionalism, keen follow up throughout the transaction, strong and reasonable negotiation on our behalf, great written and oral communication, follow up after the transactions are complete to ensure complete satisfaction. This group is not a "one and done" sort of business. They intend to keep you a client for the long term and they do it with superlative service.
