Matt sold our house in Northern Michigan very quickly and for a price that was 30 percent higher than I had expected. We had tried in 2012 and 2013 to sell the house through another realtor but had gotten very little response from buyers. This time we had a solid offer two weeks after Matt posted the listing at the price he had recommended. His experience proved to be crucial as we navigated through all the steps that came up between the initial offer and the closing, including negotiations with the neighbors to close a road maintenance agreement that the buyer's lender required and negotiating a very favorable resolution with the buyer over who would pay for several significant issues that were raised by the property inspection.
