Alight Wellness

Working with the Alight Wellness team has been a life transforming experience!!! My health was in a downward slump…post menopause and lack of movement had me feeling really BLAH. …foggy grain, low energy, low motivation…and worst of all low enthusiasm for many of the things that used to bring me such joy. My spouse and I committed to the Alight Wellness program because we want to be here for each other for many years to come. I have so much JOY back in my day now that my whole body is back on track to live a long and healthy life!!! THANK YOU!...i am so grateful for the changes in my life due to the wellness program. One of the biggest joys in my life these days is sharing how committing to the program and doing the work has changed our lives for the better!!!
