When I began this wellness journey, I knew I needed to invest in myself—but I didn’t fully understand what that would entail. Over the past six months, I’ve transformed in ways I never imagined.

I've been with Dr. Hudson and her team on a 6th month Wellness Plan for 5 months. It's not always easy, but they make it simple and clear, with lots of support. In 5 months my cholesterol is perfect, I've lost 20 lbs, my body fat is down by 6%, and my BP is low now, so going to contact my primary care and go off BP meds. My joint pain continues to diminish as well. I can get up off the floor without rolling over to my hands and knees 1st, and can squat down with bent knees without pain for the 1st time in over 20 years. I love the program, highly recommend, and I feel great. Dr. Hudson and the team have shown the highest of integrity throughout the process as well!

Dr. Hudson and her team are fantastic! I have seen wonderful results in just 6 weeks. I love crossword puzzles and noticed that I was having trouble doing them at night. I had been interested in seeking a Naturopathic Doctor for several years as I wanted to regain my healthy living lifestyle that was lost during the COVID pandemic.
