SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Swift Pro gave me excellent service when my boiler needed to be replaced during the polar vortex. Alex Hittle came quickly, consultedith their boiler specialist, and replaced my boiler quickly. Alex even managed to change their schedule, with the kind permission of their other customer so that I could have heat again in the freezing weather.Alex noticed that I also needed an expansion tank for my hot water heater and installed that as well so I would be up to code. There was excellent communication from the office throughout the work and everything was cleaned up each time there were repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Kieran was wonderful!! Taught me a few things about my house, too. Excellent service and will definitely be using again for future service

Keiren was very courteous and knowledgeable!!!

Swift Pro is amazing! Our water heater broke and our neighbor recommended I call Tyler. Tyler came out within 3 hours of our initial call and priced out a replacement. They were able to replace both water heaters the next day. Although they said we would be without water for 5-6 hours, they were done in 4. The crew was very conscientious, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend Swift Pro!

SwiftPro was great to work with! Overall very smooth process, start to finish. The invoice was very detailed and accurate and the team was very accommodating of our scheduling needs. Once Alex and team arrived they did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. They arrived right on time and were very efficient. They even took before and after pictures for me so I could see the condition our vents and ducts were in. We would highly recommend SwiftPro for any service needs and will definitely be working with them again in the future!

Backed up comode repaired on holiday at reasonable rate. Good communication, work and cleanup. Happy we called this service!

Kieran was amazing! He explained everything he did each step of the way, was very knowledgeable and insured that everything he touched was returned back to its place before he left. Highly recommend, and would definitely work with him again.

Kieren arrived ahead of schedule just as a snow storm was beginning & stayed until he thoroughly snaked & unclogged our kitchen drain. We’re so grateful & appreciate his diligence and friendly demeanor. We’ll definitely stick with this above & beyond, yet reasonably priced service.

Moises Rojas was very professional, efficient, and courteous

Very good communication and professional working attitude. They provide me an assessment quickly and I am surprised to see Alex came to my home after he finished his previous work in the late afternoon!

These guys are amazing. They don’t try to rip you off or upsell you and they do quality work. I had them install an external 4” air filter housing on the return ducting for my basement air handler. The quote was reasonable, communication was great, the work was done quickly, and the quality of the job was top-notch. The technician, David, was friendly and educated, as well. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would happily recommend SwiftPro to friends and family (already have, actually).

The draft inducer motor on my furnace was failing. They were able to get out same day to look at it. Ordered parts and got a new one installed quickly. The technicians were on time, responsive, and well equipped. Fairly priced too. I have nothing but good things to say.

Moises and Oscar provided great service!

Great, fast service. Other places tried to convince me to replace an HVAC unit that only needed minor repairs. These guys were honest and fast. Thoroughly recommended.

Oscar did an amazing work for my dryer vent cleaning! I highly recommend SwiftPro and Oscar! I will definitely contact him again for my next order!

Moises and Kieran are great! They provided incredible service and took their time to offer their professional advice and show me the breakdown of the costs. I’ll be using Swift Pro again for sure!

SwiftPro has gone above and beyond my expectations! They came next day on two separate issues we had and not only was the techs polite, friendly but each were knowledgeable and completed the job on time with amazing results! They will be our go to for heat/air & plumbing! A special shout out to our tech Eddie for fantastic service !!
Thank You SwiftPro!

Contacted SwiftPro because our HVAC system was buzzing. Moises arrived promptly. He quickly discovered that it was not an HVAC problem; it was a problem with the humidifier. He eliminated the buzzing sound (by disconnecting the humidifier) and gave us estimates for going forward with a new humidifier. Very friendly.

Called in the morning for a broken furnace. The technician came out same day. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely use SwiftPro for our furnace maintenance in the future as well.

Moises was absolutely amazing! He worked for hours to install our new heater since our died and we were days without heat 🥲. He was careful with installation and patient with us in explaining everything about the heater and the filters we needed. He told us we can reach out to him if we have any problems or questions. Thank you Moises!!

I wanted a whole-home humidifier installed because of how dry it gets in the winter. Alex from SwiftPro came out the same week and gave me a free quote laying out all the available options and prices. He was straightforward and genuine, and recommended a mid-tier unit based on the size of my home. David M. came out the following week and installed an AprilAire 720 in just a few hours. He went above and beyond to make sure the unit fit and was working properly! Now my home humidity is at a comfortable level!

Absolutely above and beyond! Tyler, Efrain and his team worked weekend hours to fix my heating system on a Saturday when other companies told us to wait until Monday. Within hours, they found a part to remove and replace the faulty one. Their value and cost was reasonable as well! Look no further to fix all your HVAC issues, hire this team and company!

This is my first time working with SwiftPro. I found my interactions with their phone support to be very effective and helpful in dealing with my heating issue. They kept me abreast of all scheduling information/confirmations and arrival of my Technician to review the problem and to fix the issue. The Technician assigned, Moises, arrived punctual, personal, prepared and professional. He did an outstanding job of troubleshooting the issue and setting proper expectations around fixing problem.
I will be using SwiftPro for any future Heating/AC/Plumbing needs and I will be asking for Moises to represent the company. Totally satisfied with the work, experience, and outcome.

We hired SwiftPro to fix our heater problem. David came to trouble shoot the problem and was able to identify the cause very quick. We are very glad to have such an experienced and knowledgable technician to help us.

We had SwiftPro come out for a checkup on our furnace. They gave it a thorough check and thankfully it was in good shape. We also asked about replacing an existing inefficient humidifier on the furnace and they proposed a better solution. We know the owner and some of the employees of SwiftPro and they are all trustworthy. We highly recommend them!

Very friendly people and service.

Arrived within an hour on a Sunday morning and provided great service.

Alex came by & it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He was honest & very helpful. I’ll definitely be using Swiftpro in the future
